TruSelf Terms of Service for Businesses & Providers

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to any business, provider, or individual (“you” or “your”) who advertises, creates a profile, or posts content on TruSelf (“TruSelf,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing advertising, submitting content, or otherwise using TruSelf for business purposes, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you may not advertise or post on TruSelf.

1. No Medical Advice

TruSelf does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content posted by you or any provider on TruSelf is for educational and informational purposes only. Any interaction with providers through TruSelf does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

2. Use of TruSelf for Advertising

Businesses and providers may use TruSelf to create a verified profile, post content, and purchase advertising packages. You agree:

• All information you provide must be accurate, lawful, and up to date.

• You must clearly identify your business or professional affiliation when posting content.

• No false, misleading, exaggerated, or fabricated claims, reviews, or results may be posted.

• All photos, videos, or testimonials must have proper consent and comply with HIPAA and privacy laws.

• Advertising is limited to the services and packages purchased through TruSelf.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use TruSelf to:

• Post defamatory, offensive, or harmful content.

• Impersonate another provider or business.

• Solicit users outside of TruSelf without authorization.

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights or privacy.

• Spam, harass, or misuse community features.

We reserve the right to remove any content or profile at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

4. Ownership & Rights

You retain ownership of your content but grant TruSelf a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content in connection with TruSelf. This includes marketing, redistribution, and promotional use across TruSelf’s platforms.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

TruSelf provides the platform “as is” and makes no warranties about outcomes, patient leads, or business results. You are solely responsible for your content, advertising claims, and compliance with laws (including HIPAA and state medical board requirements).

TruSelf is not liable for any damages, disputes, or claims arising from your use of the platform, your advertising, or your interactions with patients or users.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to TruSelf at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruSelf, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your content, advertising, or use of TruSelf.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court.
